To encourage business development in communities we serve, we offer a gap financing program. This helps businesses obtain the financing they need for building expansions, equipment purchases, or new construction. Provided by area banks, county revolving loan funds, and non-profit community development corporations this assistance can be supplemented with other programs. We assist individual businesses to maximize use of these local, regional, state, and federal low-interest loans or grants.
